Blue Morpho Wing Ver.2 Glass

My blue morpho fused glass butterfly wing made in a different style. I really am starting to like the look of firing the glass with the designs on top instead of under a layer of clear glass. The design stays so crisp and catches the light differently.

All glass is hand cut and shaped by me and is fired in my kiln at 1500 degrees to get this wonderful shape. All my pieces are properly annealed for durability. This piece is 100% glass not paper or paint on glass.
