Black and White Hand Torched Enamel Butterfly

I love the way these come out but they are so hard make so they will be some of my rarer pieces. I believe I managed to burn myself a good three times making this one and have been working on it since I posted up the teal and white one awhile back.

Enameling is the process of melting fine glass powder to copper. I melt the enamel onto the copper using a torch and balancing the piece on a thin rod over the flame.
